Guess which airlines is the best according to Japanese passengers? Japan Airlines? Nope! JAL is not even the second on the list :(
AB-ROAD Magazine, a travel magazine in Japan, conducted a survey in March regarding flight experiences and images of the airlines. Nearly 5,000 Japanese passengers who have travelled aboard returned the questionnaire. Below are the overall top 10.
OW: oneworld, *A: Star Alliance, ST: Skyteam
Oh well, that's only point of view of 5,000 Japanese passengers. But at least JAL is still in the top 3 but it would be nice if it at least beats SQ :P. If anyone has the breakdown of how JAL perform in different categories in this survey, please let me know. I am interested to find out more. Apparently Finnair is the best in 3 out of 8 categories, including in-flight service!
