Japan Airlines (JAL) will update the mileage accumulation rates on British Airways (BA) flights from April 1 2013. The changes extends the upcoming JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) changes to award passengers with higher booking classes and penalize discounted travelers and the American Airlines accumulation rate change announced earlier. Below are the current and new rates on BA flights.

From April 1 2013
150% - F, A
125%*1 - J, C, D, R, I
100% - W, Y, E*2, T, B
70% - H, K, M
50% - L, V, S, O, G
30% - N, Q

Till March 31 2013
150% - F, A
125%*1 - J, C, D, R, I
100% - W, Y, E*2
70% - T, B, H, K, L, M, V, S
50% - N, Q, O, G

*1 Domestic UK flights booked in C, D, J, R or I accumulate 100% of the sector mileage.
*2 From January 1, 2013 to March 31, 2013[flight date] , accumulation rates for E class is 70%.

Seems like the trend is to lower the rates on flights which JMB elites current earns Mile-Up Bonus on. For more details, you can refer to JAL website (JapaneseEnglish)
