Double mileage campaign on San Diego flights

Japan Airlines (JAL) has resumed its 787 service on June 1 2013 after confirming the safety and reliability of 787 (although it didn't go as smoothly as planned). To celebrate service resumption and possibly giving people extra incentive to book on the 787 flights, JAL is running a double mileage campaign on the Tokyo Narita (NRT) - San Diego (SAN) targeting the North American region JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members.

The campaign will run from July 1 till July 31 2013. In order to qualify for this campaign, you will have to pre-register for it prior to your flight. Passengers who are booked under JL or AA codes are eligible, i.e. you will need to have JL065/066 or AA5906/5907 listed on your ticket. Also you will need to be booked under one of the following sub-classes

For JL065/066
J, C, D, X, I, Y, W, B, E, H, K, M, L, V, S, Q, N

For AA5906/5907
J, D, I, R, Y, W, B, H, K, M, L, V, S, Q, N

The bonus miles will be credited at the same time with the flight miles. However, as usual, these bonus miles will not earn you extra FLY ON Points. For more details and registration, you can visit JAL American Region website (Japanese, English)

I am not sure why class W and E are listed above for the JL coded flights though given there's no Premium Economy service on this route. That's probably an oversight.
