Premium Economy Trial Campaign
Usually when you purchase an Economy Saver ticket from Japan, although it is ticketed in booking class W, you will not be able to enjoy the Premium Economy service. That means no priority check-in, priority luggage, lounge service, or Premium Economy cabin with extra amenities and JAL SKY PREMIUM or JAL SKY SHELL SEAT for you. But with this campaign, you will qualify for all these JAL Premium Economy service. Although the Premium Economy cabin benefit is subject to availability. Below is the eligibility for this campaign.

Tokyo Narita - New York / Chicago / Los Angeles / London / Paris / Frankfurt / Moscow*Tokyo Haneda - San Francisco* / London / Paris
Codeshare flights operated by British Airways (BA) are eligible but those operated by American Airlines (AA) are not as AA does not provide Premium Economy service on these routes.
* Only available until end of August as JAL will roll out 787 service without Premium Economy on Tokyo Haneda - San Francisco and Tokyo Narita - Moscow routes.
Lounge Service Trial Campaign
If you are accessing the JAL lounges based on class of service, the only way to do that when flying in Economy Class is to purchase a very expensive ticket, e.g. normal fare ticket. But with this campaign, you will be able to do so with a slightly less expensive Economy Saver fares from Japan booked under booking class B when you fly on eligible routes.

For more details on these two trial campaigns, you can refer to JAL website (Japanese, English). Note that the website has typos on notes underneath the eligible routes. It should be Haneda - San Francisco instead of Narita.
Unfortunately I believe these campaigns only apply to tickets originating from Japan. But the upgrade (subject to availability) and lounge service will be available in both direction. Also not sure why JAL didn't use the new JAL SKY PREMIUM and JAL SKY WIDER in the banner. Maybe they don't want to be accused of false advertising as not all routes have the superior seats?
