I don't think I could ever order from the Western menu on a JAL business flight -- the dishes above look interesting, tasty, and so different from our weekly cafe lunches :-). Eel must be cheap these days so that's why they're serving it twice. Turtle with goby -- very interesting and I have not seen this anywhere on Sawtelle. And I'm curious how that freshly-baked rice-flour bread will taste.
