As you know, Bangkok tourism has been hit pretty hard by the recent flooding and air travel demand has remains weak to Bangkok. To adjust to the falling demand, Japan Airlines (JAL) announced they will temporarily reduce the frequency of flights between Osaka Kansai (KIX) and Bangkok (BKK).
As of November 4 2011 (JST), the KIX-BKK daily flights have been cancelled on the following dates between November 7 and 15.

JL727 Osaka Kansai (KIX) - Bangkok (BKK)
Cancelled on Nov 7, 9, 11, 13, 14

JL728 Bangkok (BKK) - Osaka Kansai (KIX)
Cancelled on Nov 8, 10, 12, 14, 15

So there are 5 roundtrip flights got cancelled for now. But JAL will continue to monitor the situation and adjust the frequency accordingly. JAL will contact the passengers affected or if you booked through a travel agent, the agent will contact you instead.

As a reminder, JAL has a special ticketing policy for people who have issued tickets to Thailand before the flooding. You may be eligible for changing or refunding your ticket without penalties even if you aren't affected by the temporary frequency reduction. You can refer to JAL website to see if you are eligible.
