Menu BEDD Désir

The First Class dessert menu will be called "Menu BEDD Désir" which means desire in French. To match the First Class passengers' strong desire for a great dessert, JAL will be serving the Sorbet Cacao Nature by JEAN-PAUL HÉVIN with a rich and aromatic milk foam specially prepared by chef Yamamoto.

This will be served in First Class on flights from Tokyo Narita to Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, London, Frankfurt, and Paris between September 1 and November 30 2013.
