The committee is formed by third-party members including Saiguchi Chiharu, who is a lawyer belonging to the Tokyo Bar Association and a current member of the Supreme Court of Japan, and Kainaka Tatsuo, who is a former member of the Supreme Court of Japan. The will focus on issues about compliancy in JAL's past business management. In other words, they will answer the question whether JAL has misled the public and hid its financial troubles?
